Your key, delivered by email
Every order is delivered by email: your license key arrives at the address you use at checkout. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
How it works
- You complete payment Through the encrypted checkout, by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- The email arrives At the address you used at checkout, with your product key, the download link for your product and a step-by-step activation guide.
- You install and activate If the software is already installed, you only need the key.
What arrives, exactly

- The product key, in full, in the body of the email

- An activation guide written for the product you bought
- A link to the lifetime activation guarantee
Keep the email. Your product key lives in it. If you lose it, send us your order number, or write from the address you ordered with. Once we have confirmed the order is yours, we resend the key.
When it arrives
Where is my key?
- Search every folder, spam included. Key emails can be caught by spam filters. Search for mail from support@mydigisoftshop.com, or for the subject "Your license key". On a work address, your company's mail filter may have quarantined it, and your IT team can check.
- Check the address. Look in the inbox of the address you used at checkout, not a forwarding alias. If you paid with a wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the email on the order can differ from your usual inbox.
- Still nothing? Write to us. Send your order number. Once we have confirmed the order is yours, we resend the key, to a different address if the first one was wrong.
Questions about delivery
Will I receive a disc or a box?
No. Everything is digital: the product key, the download link and the activation guide all arrive in one email, delivered free of charge.
Can the key go to a different email address?
Yes. Write to us from the address you ordered with, or give us your order number. Once we have confirmed the order is yours, we send the key to the address you ask for.
I lost the email. Can I get the key again?
Yes. Send us your order number, or write from the address you ordered with. Once we have confirmed the order is yours, we resend the key. Your key does not change, so the new email carries the same key.
How do I download the software?
The delivery email includes the download link for your product. The installation guides walk you through downloading, installing and activating, one screen at a time.
Does delivery work outside the United States?
Yes, within the markets we currently sell to: the United States and Europe. Every order is delivered by email, to the address you enter at checkout.
