Terms of service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your purchase from DigiSoftwareShop. They are written to be read, not to be survived: if anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it before you buy.
1. Who you are buying from
This store, DigiSoftwareShop, is operated by DigitalSoftwareShop LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000497964), 7901 4th St N Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. You can reach us at support@mydigisoftshop.com, by phone at (571) 690-8994, or through the Contact page. Full details are on the Company information page.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a license key for software published by a third party — Microsoft, in every case we currently sell. You are not buying the software itself, and we are not its publisher. Your right to use the software is governed by the publisher's own license terms, which are between you and them. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft.
What we are responsible for is that the key we sell you is what the listing says it is, and that it activates.
3. What the listing tells you, and why
Every product page states the license type and how many devices the license covers. Those facts decide whether a license is right for you, and we consider them part of what you are buying. If either of them turns out to be wrong, that is our error — see the Refund policy.
4. Placing an order
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and the details you give at checkout must be accurate — in particular the email address, because that is where your key is delivered.
We may decline or cancel an order that fails our anti-fraud check. If we do, we refund it in full and tell you by email.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees; taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify's encrypted checkout by the payment providers shown there. We never see or store your full card number.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it — we will tell you if that happens.
6. Delivery
Every order is delivered by email, to the address you use at checkout, free of charge. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then write to us. Full detail is in the Shipping policy.
7. Lifetime activation guarantee
If your key does not activate, we replace it, and that lifetime activation guarantee runs for the life of the license — there is no expiry date on it. A key that has never activated can be refunded in full, and there is no deadline while the key is unused; see the refund policy. The full terms are on the Lifetime activation guarantee page.
8. Refunds, cancellation and withdrawal
Set out in full in the Refund policy. A refund is available while the key has not been used to activate and you tell us in writing; there is no deadline while the key is unused. Once a key has activated successfully and you simply no longer want it, it cannot be returned for a refund. If your PC turns out not to be compatible, we refund only if the key was not used to activate and you tell us in writing. A key that does not work is covered by the lifetime activation guarantee in section 7.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital content. That right ends once delivery has begun with your consent — for a license key, the moment the key is delivered to you. By completing your order you ask us to deliver immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends at that point.
9. Acceptable use
You may not resell keys bought here as new, nor buy in volume for redistribution, without a written agreement with us. If you need licenses for an organization, write to us — there is often a better and cheaper route than buying single licenses in bulk.
10. Our liability
If we sell you a key that does not work, our responsibility is to replace it or refund you, as set out above. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for consequential losses — lost work, lost time, lost data — arising from software published by someone else. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
11. Your privacy
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in the Privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved in one reply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the state and federal courts located in Florida. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may also bring a claim in your local courts.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
14. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms reduces any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you more than these terms do, the law wins.
